Sessions are tailored to your specific goals and requests! Whether a seasoned yogi or curious beginner classes are accessible and available for all levels. 

Styles of influence include:

  • Vinyasa flow-a very active and strong session, focusing on building strength and synchronizing breath + movement
  • Yin-slow paced, deep stretching, meditative practice
  • Restorative-deep and restful often with the use of props, a calming slow practice
  • Chair-a practice that utilizes a chair if you have disabilities, injuries or are a beginner
  • Kids Yoga-a 30-minute fun practice for kids ages 5 and up ($10 per child)
