  • Chair (utilizing a chair as a tool, good for office settings, injuries and disabilities)

How does private yoga work?

Get started by giving us a call or schedule a time for us to call you. We’ll set up a complimentary phone or Zoom consultation to make sure we’re the right fit.

Next, we come to your home for an introductory session. We’ll assess your needs and explore what you’re looking for in a yoga practice.

Then we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life.
