As a Mindful Outdoor Guides I offer powerful nature-based experiences—combining forest bathing, Ayurveda, meditation, and practical outdoor skills—for people of all ages and backgrounds. With the average American spending 11 hours a day on a screen and 90 percent of their lives indoors, now’s the time to step outside and feel the difference!
A mindful outdoor experience is an opportunity to slow down, awaken our senses and deepen our connection to the living earth and to ourselves.
We can think of mindfulness as a practice of remembering, remembering where we are and what we’re doing. A practice of being here now.
I don’t “lead” these experiences in the sense that I’m not going to try to make anything happen. The living earth will be our teacher and our guide.
I invite you to maintain a childlike sense of curiosity and openness as we prepare to be surprised and delighted by whatever might show up on our journey.
