I work with each client to create an individual program that will help you to feel your best. One of my guiding principles in health coaching is that every client is unique and there is no 1-size-fits-all plan or solution. During your health coaching program, we will work together to attain your goals, I will be your guide on your journey towards ultimate wellness. Accountability, education, motivation and inspiration is what you can expect from your health coaching program!
I offer 2, 3, and 6-month programs each package is tailored to your unique goals, body, and schedule. In each program we will meet virtually 2 times per month to keep you on track, motivate and inspired.
Whole Wellness Package
This package offers full support for you to make a mental and physical health transformation, including losing a significant amount of weight, dealing with emotional eating, or jumping off the “diet roller coaster” for good.
Includes:
- Education, motivation, & inspiration!
- 12 sessions, 50-minute sessions
- 12-24-week program
- Unlimited email/text support between sessions
- 4 coach driven check-ins between sessions
- 2 virtual yoga sessions
- Pantry Makeover
- Healthy eating grocery list
- Optional grocery store tour
- Variety of support materials such as wellness boosting smoothie recipe, daily rituals worksheet and personalized wellness equation
Wellness Warrior
This package is best for busy professionals or families, who want to find a sustainable way to incorporate nutrition and healthy living into their demanding lifestyles.
Includes:
- Education, motivation, & inspiration!
- 10 sessions, 50-minute sessions
- 10-20 week program
- 1-2 emails/texts between sessions
- 1 coach driven check-in between sessions
- Pantry Makeover
- Healthy eating grocery list
- Weekly healthy recipe
- Variety of support materials such as wellness boosting smoothie recipe, daily rituals worksheet and personalized wellness equation
