Join Katie Doyle, Founder and Wellness Advisor with Bloom Burst as she takes you on a journey to set yourself up for success when it comes to a night of restful sleep. March is the National Sleep Foundation’s annual “Sleep Awareness Week.” This campaign celebrates the benefits of sleep. And we want you to benefit from getting your best sleep! Katie will help you understand why quality sleep is important, gain clarity on the negative side effects of poor sleep, and teach you easy, effective strategies and sleep hygiene protocols to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. The second half of the workshop will feature a restorative yoga and meditation practice to prepare your mind and body for a night of restful and quality sleep.
