In our fast-paced, multitasking world, focusing on anything for more than a few moments at a time can be challenging. But learning to focus your attention on the present moment can have benefits that affect not only your attention span but also your health.

Katie will guide you in a mindful introspective gentle yoga practice to warm the body and create a mind, body, soul connection. Once the body is warm and the mind calmer you will settle in for a full body scan meditation before melting into your mat and soaking in the healing vibrations of a soothing sound healing session.

This event is being held the night after the Full Buck Supermoon, a special time of spiritual awakenings and openings. Attending this session can help to seal in your intentions for the next 30-days allowing your mind and body to align with your highest and greatest good.
